Functions & Duties

1. FUNCTIONS

The Center has the function of advising on the implementation of state management tasks on 
investment promotion; providing consulting services to investors, domestic enterprises and 
foreign-invested enterprises in accordance with the law.

2. MISSIONS

- Advising on setting up the program, list of projects calling for investment, investment promotion 
plan annually and in each period; Proposing policies to encourage and attract investment

- Advising on the settlement of investment policies for non-state budget investment projects in the 
province (except for projects in industrial parks)

- Advise on contents related to improving the province's competitiveness index (PCI)

- Implement investment promotion activities according to the plan approved by the Provincial
 People's Committee.

- Organize the collection, exploitation, processing and provision of socio-economic information, 
on potentials, strengths, investment opportunities, policies to encourage investment support, list 
of projects calling for investment of the province for investment promotion.
